Free pizza monthly giveaway — Contest rules

Effective through December 31, 2026.

1. 1.

   Contest Period This contest ("Contest") is organized by EconoPlus (a division of Elite Media Group) ("Organizer") and runs from the date of the first eligible email send through December 31, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Eligible entries occur only on the 15th day of each calendar month during the Contest Period. If the 15th falls on a day the entry link is unavailable due to technical issues outside Organizer's control, Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend that month's eligibility window or declare that month void.

   Eligibility This Contest is open to legal residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are active subscribers to the Organizer's email newsletter. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, EconoPlus, Elite Media Group, Domino's Pizza, and their respective affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of such persons, are not eligible to participate.

   How to Participate — No Purchase Necessary No purchase is necessary to enter or win. On the 15th of each month during the Contest Period, eligible newsletter recipients may click the designated link contained in the qualifying email. One click per email address will be counted as one entry for that month's draw/redemption. Entries obtained through any automated, robotic, macro, programmed, or other fraudulent means are void.

   Prize One (1) free pizza per eligible entrant per calendar month, redeemable at participating Domino's Pizza locations, subject to Domino's own redemption procedures, product availability, and store-level restrictions. Limit of one (1) prize per person, per household, and per email address, per month, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts used. Prize specifics (size, crust, toppings) are at the discretion of the participating Domino's location and may vary.

5. 5.

   Verification of Entries Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of entrants and to request reasonable proof of identity, age, and residency. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated prize limit, whether by using multiple email addresses, false identities, or any other method, will void that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification from the remainder of the Contest.

6. 6.

   No Cash Value / No Substitution The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

7. 7.

   Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation Organizer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond Organizer's reasonable control that could affect the integrity or proper administration of the Contest. In such event, Organizer's decision regarding any modification, suspension, or cancellation shall be final.

   Third-Party Prize Provider Domino's Pizza is the provider of the prize only. Domino's Pizza is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, administrator, or organizer of this Contest and has no responsibility for its administration. All questions, complaints, or inquiries regarding the Contest (as distinct from in-store redemption of a prize already issued) must be directed to the Organizer, not to Domino's Pizza.

9. 9.

   Release and Limitation of Liability By participating in this Contest, each entrant releases and holds harmless EconoPlus (a division of Elite Media Group), EconoPlus, Elite Media Group, Domino's Pizza, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. 10.

    Personal Information Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest (including verifying eligibility and delivering the prize) and will be handled in accordance with applicable Quebec and Canadian privacy legislation, including Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and, where applicable, PIPEDA. Information will not be sold to third parties.

11. 11.

    Governing Law This Contest and these rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. 12.

    General Conditions • Organizer's decisions on all matters relating to this Contest are final and binding, subject to applicable law. • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media or email platform used to distribute or promote it. • These rules may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of a given monthly draw governs that draw.
