By using EconoPlus you agree to these terms. EconoPlus is a digital coupon booklet that connects shoppers with offers from local merchants across the West Island, Montreal and surrounding areas.
1. Using EconoPlus
EconoPlus is free for shoppers. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, copy, scrape or resell offers, codes or content without permission.
2. Offers & coupons
- Offers are provided by participating merchants and are subject to their terms, availability and the validity dates shown.
- Each coupon is valid only at the listed merchant, for the stated offer, until it expires. One coupon per offer per visit unless stated otherwise.
- Offers have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn by the merchant.
- EconoPlus is not the seller. The merchant is solely responsible for honouring an offer and for the goods or services provided.
3. Redemption
To redeem, show the coupon code in store. Merchants may decline a coupon that is expired, altered or already used.
4. Accounts
EconoPlus does not require an account. Offers are shown on this site and in our emails; a coupon is honoured by the business named on it, at its counter, under the conditions printed with it.
5. Merchants
Merchants who publish offers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and fulfilment of those offers, and grant EconoPlus the right to display their offer and branding in the booklet.
6. Intellectual property
The EconoPlus name, logo, design and content are owned by EconoPlus or its licensors. Merchant marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer & liability
EconoPlus is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from offers, merchants, or your use of the site. Nothing limits rights you have under Québec consumer-protection law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as EconoPlus evolves; the revised date will appear above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable Canadian law.
