EconoPlus, a division of Elite Media Group ("we", "us"), publishes the EconoPlus offers by email and on econoplus.ca for the West Island, Montréal and the surrounding area. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to comply with Québec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, an optional first name, your language, the time you consented and the network address the sign-up came from.
- Contact & merchant forms: the name, email, phone and message you submit.
Information stored on your device
- Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. It stays on your device. This site keeps no other data about you.
Information collected automatically
- Basic, aggregated analytics (such as page views) to understand what's useful. We do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use your information
- To send you the offers you asked for, and a confirmation when you sign up.
- To respond to your questions and merchant enquiries.
- To improve EconoPlus and measure interest in offers (in aggregate).
3. Cookies & local storage
We use local storage only to remember your language. Any analytics are aggregate counts of visits.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — our email delivery platform and our web host — under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. Merchants receive aggregate performance data about their offers, never your identity. We do not sell personal information.
5. Your rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've provided by contacting us.Saved page or clear your browser storage.
6. Children
EconoPlus is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as EconoPlus evolves. We'll post the revised date at the top of this page.
